Looking for a taste of what it’s like to work in financial services? We might be able to help.

We have a small number of ad-hoc opportunities across a range of departments at our Head Office in Wilmslow. These are designed to give you a flavour of what it’s like to work at Equilibrium, get stuck into a project and add value.

Our placements offer the unique opportunity to engage with the company and gain a great insight into the skills and attributes needed for a career in our industry.

Work experience placements usually range from two weeks to a month, however we are open to taking your situation into account and working out a plan that benefits both you and Equilibrium.

Who are we looking for?

  • Students in full-time education
  • Those with an interest in the wealth and investment sectors 

How do I apply?

To apply, fill in the short application form below explaining why you are interested in gaining work experience at Equilibrium and what you hope to gain from it. Please do not enter applications on behalf of anyone other than yourself. We will only accept applications submitted by the individual looking for work experience.

If your application is successful, as soon as the right opportunity arises within the business, we will contact you to arrange.

If you are a final year university student, a recent graduate or have experience of working in an office already but hold no financial qualifications, you may be better suited to the Equilibrium Diploma Academy.
